Cofynder is a professional networking and startup collaboration platform designed to help individuals and organizations:

• Discover potential co-founders and collaborators.
• Network with entrepreneurs, professionals, students, and startup enthusiasts.
• Share startup ideas and seek feedback.
• Discover or publish job and internship opportunities.
• Explore partnerships and professional opportunities.
• Communicate and collaborate with other users.

Cofynder facilitates connections between users but does not guarantee that any connection, collaboration, employment, investment, partnership, or business relationship will occur.

You must meet the minimum legal age applicable to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

By using Cofynder, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Certain features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Maintaining the security of your account.
• All activities conducted through your account.
• Updating your information when necessary.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Cofynder is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Users may create professional profiles containing information such as their name, professional background, skills, interests, experience, education, startup interests, and other information they choose to provide.

You agree that information submitted by you must be truthful and must not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, experience, or organization.
• Contain fraudulent or misleading information.
• Infringe another person's rights.

You are responsible for the information you choose to publish on your profile.

Users may post or submit content including startup ideas, text, images, documents, job or internship listings, comments, messages, feedback, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to Cofynder, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, and process that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Platform.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

You must not upload or publish content that:

• Violates applicable law.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Is fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
• Contains abusive, threatening, hateful, or harassing material.
• Promotes illegal activities.
• Contains unsolicited advertising or spam.
• Attempts to exploit, deceive, or harm other users.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Cofynder may allow users to share startup ideas, business concepts, strategies, or other information with other users.

Cofynder does not guarantee that information shared on the Platform will remain confidential.

You should carefully consider what information you choose to disclose publicly or to other users.

If you believe information is confidential or constitutes a trade secret, you should use appropriate confidentiality protections, including a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.

Cofynder is not responsible for unauthorized disclosure, copying, use, or exploitation of information voluntarily shared by a user with another user.

Cofynder may provide matching, recommendation, discovery, or networking features based on information provided by users.

These features are intended to facilitate introductions and discovery.

Cofynder does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of a user's profile.
• The identity or qualifications of another user.
• Compatibility between users.
• Successful co-founder relationships.
• Successful businesses or startups.
• Investment or funding outcomes.
• Any specific professional or financial result.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating people and opportunities before entering into any professional, financial, or business relationship.

Users or organizations may publish job, internship, freelance, partnership, or other professional opportunities.

Cofynder acts as a platform for connecting users and does not necessarily act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or representative of any organization posting an opportunity.

Cofynder does not guarantee:

• That an opportunity is genuine or available.
• That an applicant will receive an interview.
• That an applicant will be selected.
• The accuracy of information provided in a job or internship listing.
• The conduct of an employer, recruiter, applicant, or other user.

Users should independently verify opportunities and organizations before providing sensitive information or entering into an agreement.

Cofynder may provide messaging, connection requests, comments, or other communication features.

You agree not to use these features to:

• Harass or threaten others.
• Send spam.
• Conduct scams or fraud.
• Distribute malicious links or software.
• Send unlawful or inappropriate content.
• Collect personal information without authorization.
• Repeatedly contact users who have indicated that they do not wish to be contacted.

We may take appropriate action against accounts that misuse communication features.

You must not use Cofynder to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
2. Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity.
3. Impersonate another person or organization.
4. Create fake or deceptive accounts.
5. Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another user.
6. Distribute spam or unauthorized advertising.
7. Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
8. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
9. Scrape, copy, or systematically collect Platform data without authorization.
10. Reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform.
11. Circumvent security or access controls.
12. Use the Platform for illegal financial, investment, employment, or business schemes.
13. Exploit the Platform to obtain personal information from other users unlawfully.
14. Use automated systems to access the Platform without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Cofynder may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, or other paid services.

Pricing, subscription duration, and available features will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments must be made through the payment method supported by Cofynder.
• Subscription benefits may change over time.
• Taxes and applicable charges may apply.
• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

If Cofynder introduces subscriptions or paid services, additional payment and subscription terms may apply.

Cofynder may provide free access, promotional access, introductory offers, or limited-time benefits to selected users.

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, usage limits, duration limits, or other conditions.

Cofynder reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, interface, features, text, and other Company-owned materials, is owned by or licensed to Covenant Crest Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce the Platform.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Sell or commercially exploit Company-owned materials.
• Distribute or publicly display Company-owned materials.
• Use Cofynder branding without permission.
• Reverse engineer the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Cofynder's intellectual property to you.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, recommendations, ideas, or feedback regarding Cofynder, you agree that we may use such feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

Providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your independent intellectual property to Cofynder.

Cofynder may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, websites, payment providers, authentication providers, communication services, analytics services, or other external platforms.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Cofynder is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

We aim to keep Cofynder available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical issues.
• Security incidents.
• Infrastructure failures.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Platform when reasonably necessary.

Cofynder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available.
• Information provided by users will always be accurate.
• User profiles or opportunities are genuine.
• Connections will result in successful relationships or businesses.
• Jobs or internships will result in employment.
• Startup ideas or businesses will succeed.
• The Platform will be completely free from errors or security vulnerabilities.

You are responsible for independently evaluating users, opportunities, business proposals, and information obtained through the Platform.

Information available through Cofynder does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, business, or professional advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making significant legal, financial, investment, employment, or business decisions.

Cofynder does not act as an investment advisor, financial advisor, legal advisor, or employment agency unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Covenant Crest Private Limited, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses relating to:

• Business opportunities.
• Profits or revenue.
• Data.
• Reputation.
• Business relationships.
• Employment or internship opportunities.
• User interactions.
• Startup or investment outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covenant Crest Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of the Platform.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your interactions or transactions with other users.

You may stop using Cofynder at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms.
• You have violated applicable law.
• Your activity creates a security or legal risk.
• Your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Your activity may harm other users or the Platform.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action, subject to legal, security, or operational requirements.

Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the agreement between you and Cofynder regarding your use of the Platform.
